# 檔案上傳格式說明

由於GPMnet系統所儲存之KML空間資料格式多元、難以運用，因而訂定資料標準，統一資料取得與提供之格式，以利後續資料流通供應與分析應用。\
在內政部資訊中心之第三版「國土資訊系統資料標準共同規範」文件「編碼規則」章節中提到『...若設計圖徵架構較為單純或領域資料已具有國際共識之資料標準，編碼可以KML、XML或JSON(含GeoJSON)之格式。...』。GISP系統所制定之資料標準雖非領域資料標準，但國家資料流通供應原則一體適用。因此除了依循國土資訊系統資料標準共同規範之外，必須同時考量編碼格式易取得性、非空間相關領域使用者之使用需求，故GISP系統選定CSV、SHP、KML三種格式制定相關資料標準。
